The property will be undervalued due to the attic. I've been advised to remove the attic staircase and replace with ramsay ladder for sale.
Seems complete madness to me. Cost thousands to have the stairs made and fitted which I'm sure a buyer would want!
The rooms a very generous sizes especially the attic. It's a must see!
